Notice of Cancellation Mailings

Letters have been sent out to registered voters who have had election related materials mailed to them and returned by the USPS (via No mail receptacles, Unable to Forward, Vacant, and more reasons).  Due to these items being returned, Clerks are required to mail out a "Cancellation Count-Down" form for Voters to verify their addresses.   THIS DOES NOT MEAN YOU CANNOT VOTE!!!  WE WANT YOU TO VOTE!!!  If you receive this letter, please contact the Clerk's Office in-person or via phone (231-889-3308 Ext 201) and verify your mailing address.  If you have a PO Box for mailing, please update that with the Clerk's Office as well.  Thank you!!!
